Role Summary:- Ensures quality service to achieve member satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:_
Verifies total required hours worked, extended hours and other timekeeping-related information.
- Prepares payroll summary and endorses to the client for approval.
Identifies, attends, and resolves members issues and concerns.
- Orients all new members and monitors adherence to the organization's policies, systems, procedures and client's quality standards.
Gathers and submits data such as absenteeism, tardiness, turnover, profitability, safety practices, fulfillment reports and member-related data.
- Receives billing documents from the billing processor and submits to the client.

QUALIFICATIONS:_
- Graduate of HRDM, Psychology, or any related course.
