HR Coordinator, you will ensure the overall delivery of HR-quality service to achieve member satisfaction. Functions will include:
You will verify total required hours worked, extended hours, and other timekeeping-related information
- Prepare payroll summary and endorses to the client for approval
Submit the approved payroll summary/Service Activity Records (SAR) for payout processing- Distributes check payout and payslips within 24 hours from payout date
Identifies, attends, and resolves members issues and Concerns
Gathers and submits data such as absenteeism, tardiness, turnover, profitability, safety practices, fulfillment reports, and member-related data- Receives billing documents from processors and submits to the the key people

Pay: Php16,- 00 - Php18,000.00 per month
