We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Coordinator to oversee the full HR operation of our organisation, including employment relations, recruitment, and other HR functions.
As the HR Coordinator at Ace Care, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization's human resources are effectively managed and aligned with our mission and values. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. This role requires a candidate with a strong HR background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Ace Care, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Coordinate and conduct employee orientations, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences. Collaborate with department managers in Melbourne to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances for Ace Care in a fair and timely manner. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for Ace Care. Promote a positive workplace culture for Ace Care that aligns with the company's values. HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation for Ace Care. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration for Ace Care. Generate HR reports and analyse data to support decision-making for Ace Care. Compliance and Legal Matters:
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and NDIS requirements for Ace Care. Keep abreast of changes in HR legislation for Ace Care and update company policies accordingly. Support audits and investigations related to HR matters for Ace Care. Training and Development:
Collaborate with managers for Ace Care to identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs. Encourage continuous learning and skill development among staff members for Ace Care.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in HR coordination or similar roles, preferably in the healthcare or disability support sector.
Knowledge of Australian employment laws and NDIS regulations in Melbourne for Ace Care.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
