The job holder is responsible for supporting Compensation & Rewards Manager in the design and evaluation of rewards policy, processes, programs, and initiatives aligned to the goals and strategy of HR and the business. He/she will deploy and communicate rewards policy and processes and collaborates with relevant functions for effective execution. He/she will evaluate the effectiveness, relevance, competitiveness and affordability of rewards programs and plans. He/she will keep abreast with the latest trends in the rewards system, including benchmarking and studies; and recommend and implement improvements to further employee experience. Further, he/she will ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, framework, and methodologies; and provide training as necessary. He/she will oversee operational transactions as needed.
