Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Development or any related course.- With at Least One (1) year in Human Resource specifically Compensation and Benefits
Responsible in maintaining equitable pay for various positions in the region following prescribed standards and procedures via company's compensation policies and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Willing to multitask and can work under pressure on fast paced environment- Willing to travel in Central Visayas areas
