JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources or Business Administration,
Associate's Degree or a combination of education and experience- At least 3 years experience working in benefits and administration liaising with government institutions.
Above average oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer skills and experience
Knowledge of specific software and web-based systems related to benefits management.- Strong background to all HR Compensation & Benefits Facets
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Can work with minimal to no supervision and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Organizational skills- Knowledge of Labor Laws, other laws regulating employee benefits
Exemplifies customer service skill
- Responsible and result oriented
Processes Company government mandated benefits.- Tracks and ensures remittances are paid and posted.
Facilitates to prepare related compensation and benefits certificate.
- Coordinates and acts as company representative to government agencies related to Comp & Ben.
Facilitates end to end Comp & Ben related activities such as posting, payment and its monitoring of mandated government remittances.- Checks government agencies information portal from time to time.
Assists and trains areas of any Comp & Ben related but not only limited to assigned areas.
- Produces compensation and benefits report.
Provides payroll assistance. Schedule: 8 hours shift Day shift Overtime Monday Saturday, 8:30 A.M - 5:30 P.M
