We are seeking an HR Compensation and Benefits Administrator who will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the compensation and benefits function within the organization. With your expertise and experience, you will ensure the effective administration of employee benefits, maintain accurate records, foster positive employee relations, manage exit processes, and coordinate events. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with filing and processing of government-related employee benefits, including maternity/paternity, sickness, bereavement, and other notifications.
- Provide support to employees for various benefits and address compensation and benefits-related queries and issues.
- Oversee the maintenance of 201 File records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Organize and update personnel files, including assisting employees with SSS & PAG-IBIG loan applications.
- Facilitate the enrollment of new employees without TIN through the BIR online system.
- Support in resolving minor conflicts and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Provide initial assistance in addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and basic HR-related issues.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the company's benefit and pay structures to address employee queries effectively.
- Inform resigning employees about the clearance and final pay process, ensuring adherence to corporate rules and regulations.
- Process exit clearances for resigned/separated employees promptly and accurately.
- Respond professionally to employee inquiries regarding benefits, coverage, claims, and related matters during the exit process.
- Coordinate with internal staff, clients, and vendors to establish event requirements and objectives.
- Take charge of all aspects of event planning, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines and budgets.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and industry contacts.
- Stay updated with trends in event planning, design, and production to deliver exceptional events.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits administration.
- In-depth knowledge of government-mandated benefits and regulations, particularly in the Philippines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
