  • Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for daily processing of online orders and inventorymanagement to ensure an exceptionally positive experience for customers.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In charge of printing orders forms for processing.

Responsible for ensuring that all items in the order are available.

Responsible in communicating expiry dates and pending items with HOD.

Responsible in doing daily adjustments for short-dated items.

Willing to work on weekends and holidays
  • Qualifications:

Minimum Required Skills and Personal Attributes:


Demonstrates basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Good organization and record-keeping skills with an eye for detail.

Able to communicate in English and Tagalog (written and verbal).

Able to accomplish multiple tasks and work effectively with others in a fast-pac

environment while providing good customer service.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision.

Computer literatePreferred Skills: Warehousing, stock/inventory control

Good communication skills Good in Microsoft ExcelOther Requirements:

Non-smoker

With pleasant personality

Physically fit and mentally ready to perform the tasks assigned.

Preferably with no tattoo or at least not easily noticeable.

High School graduate or college level

Basic knowledge in MS Applications

Preferably with relevant work experience in a warehouse or retail store setting.

Will assist the whole HR in terms of records management i.e. Inventory, 201 file,Scanning/Printing of Documents, Update records via computer.

candidate possess a minimum of one to two years of experience, be well-versed inMicrosoft applications, and be able to operate computers and printers. Most especially she should be fit with the brand and able to meet our non-negotiables.

If ever the applicant is fresh graduate that would do as long as she passed the other qualifications.
