Orientation initiatives to increase new joiners: first day administration, new staff gathering, etc- Improve and monitor employee productivity.
Manage staff health initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR team to determine key performance indicators
Handle performance reviews by controlling delivery & timely performance reviews from users- Design effective Retention Programs for strong performers
Manage employee issues and provide advice on how to manage each case.
- Manage HR operations activities: e.g. new hires, exit reviews, etc.
Provide creative ideas to increase employee engagement through events, campaigns, and or other employee activities
