Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in addressing and resolving employee concerns and grievances
Participate in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing and onboarding
  • Suport the performance review process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback
Ensure compliance with HR Policies and procedures
  • Utilize HR data to generate reports and provide insights for decision-making
Support change & organizational development projects
  • Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or Business-related courses
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in HR roles, preferablt in an HRBP capacity
Proficient in HRIS and HR analytics tools
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
