The HR Business Partner is a junior to mid-level HR professional responsible for providing advanced support to the organization's human resources function. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with a focus on employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and compliance. The Level 2 HR Generalist will work closely with the HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the organization's goals and objectives.
Investigate and resolve complex employee complaints and issues, including those related to harassment, discrimination, and employee conduct.
- Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations matters, including counseling and coaching.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.- Ensure compliance with benefits-related regulations and company policies.
Analyze benefit trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- RECRUITMENT AND ONBOARDING
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill critical positions.
- Conduct interviews and make recommendations for new hires.
Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including orientation, training, and employee welcome packets.
Manage HR administrative tasks, including payroll processing, personnel records, and employee data management.- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist.
Employee Engagement- Experience with performance management and employee development programs
Talent Management experience with employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, employee engagement, retention, performance management and offboarding.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field- 2-5+ years of experience in human resources or a related field
1-2 years working in a US company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Experience with HR software systems (e.g. Workday, BambooHR)
Familiarity with succession planning and talent development strategies- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and procedures.
