About The Opportunity
Reporting to the HR Leader for the Philippines, the HR HBP Associate provides support to HR in the areas of Benefits, Offboarding, Rewards and Recognition, Reporting, Employee Relations and other HR functions as maybe required.
What You'll Get To Do
- Conducts location New Hire Orientation.
- Administers enrolment, reporting, utilization and resolves issues on company provided benefits to include leave management, health card, insurance.
- Administers government related benefits of the Philippines to include Social Security, PhilHealth and HDMF.
- Responsible for Off-boarding activities to include routing of clearance and issuance of acceptance email, reporting of separation to the HMO and Life Insurance, issuance of final pay and quit claim, update of systems.
- Provides timely and reliable data needed by the business or by the HRBP ie. Headcount, attrition data this includes preparation of reports, updating of HR Dashboard.
- Provides guidance to leaders on policy interpretations and people related issues.
- Provides advise to leaders on discipline cases and handles the discipline management process from review of incident reports, creation of NTE to final case resolution.
- Provides support in Performance Management and Employee Engagement programs and implements HR functional programs in the location.
- Implements the Rewards and Recognition program (issuance of certificates, payment of rewards).
- Responds to employee queries on HR Policies and processes.
- Coordinates with other HR functional areas TA, TAS and C&B on employee transfer and promotions, payroll advise and other collaboration efforts.
- Participates in Audits.
Skills And Experience We Value
- Bachelor's degree in HR or allied courses
- At least 6 years Human Resources experience, 2 years of which is in the HRBP function and 2 years in Benefits function
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and email/internet is essential
- Experience with HR technology an advantage
- Exceptional judgment in maintaining confidentiality of employee information
- Outstanding customer service skills and proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
- Attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills will be essential in maintaining high service levels
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of requests in an effective and timely manner; ability to work in a complex environment with tight deadlines and evolving administrative processes
