_Job Summary:_

_This job directly reports to the HR Director and is responsible for overseeing and supporting the information, data and technology needs for the People and Organization division. The role focuses on providing data management and analysis, compliance and data security through access management and proper deployment of tools and systems_.

_Qualifications & experience_
  • _Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline, such as computer or data sciences, IT Management _
_At least 5 years relevant work experience. _
  • _At least 2 year's experience in data analytics and project management._

_
Tasks & responsibilities_
  • _Provides insights and recommendations on HR strategies to support business objectives by analyzing the efficiency and cost of existing business processes. _
_Conceptualize solutions to improve HR efficiency and productivity focused on automation and labor-saving initiatives._
  • _Manages procurement and control of HR tools, systems, and software subscriptions based on budget. _
_Responsible for the storage and generation of cost and inventory report for HR tools and subscriptions. _
  • _Oversee implementation of processes and tools for HR focusing on documentation and sustainability._
_Ensure consistent timely delivery of HRDT services and reports based on SLA. _
  • _Manages communication with external department and vendor partners on handling issues and concerns related to HR data, projects, system and tools. _
_Leads and manages data and technology projects for P&O_
