JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Handling and managing 201 files.
- Monitoring and updating company database.
Timekeeping.
Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information;- Maintains employment files and records per company policy and legal regulations;
Processes exit management (clearance).
- Repository of personnel file.
Responsible in documenting grievances, terminations, absences, and performance reports of employees, and other HR-related matters;
- Manages in conducting due process in handling offenses committed by an employee;
Coordinates with other departments for concerns relating to employee relations, payroll, benefits and training;- Plans, organizes and facilitates employee engagement such as company events and activities;
