Job Responsibilities and Duties _
- Sourcing of training applicable to employees
Facilitates monthly general assembly and games- Coordination with the Pastor for the monthly bible study
Organizes company events and activities
- Sourcing of training as requested by the department
Arrangement of Fire Safety Training per office location- Arrangement of Earthquake drills per office location
Set-up of EPPAR team per office location
- assistance to Executives in the absence of Angel
Scheduling of Red Cross training (First Aid and BLS)- Budget requisition for meetings and purchase of food
Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements _
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
1 to 2 years of related work experience- Proficient in MS Office Applications
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solver- Good decision-making skills
Strong ethical standards
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Power point
