Qualifications- Candidates Must be a Bachelor's Degree Holder of Human Resources, Psychology, or any related courses.
Must have a minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in the Human Resource Industry especially for Administrative Roles, Training, and Logistics. (Non-negotiable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Application Tools especially Excel (Knows how to do Vlookup, pivot, etc).

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR Human Capital Development function and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Line Manager/s.
Compile and update employee records.- Process documentation relating to personnel activities (performance evaluations, learning and development, etc).
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes of the meetings if necessary.
- Data extraction for preparation of reports relating to training completion, performance evaluation, and the like.
Prepare logistics (venue, equipment, training materials, meals, travel and accommodation requirements, etc) for the effective conduct of training programs and other learning activities.- Serve as host or co-facilitator for physical and virtual training sessions or other learning activities if needed.
Facilitate fulfillment of post-training responsibilities such as distribution of assessment results and certificates of training attendance/completion and payments for external training providers.
