Talent Management :
- Assist in talent acquisition process screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Coordinate pre-employment processes, such as reference checks, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork.- Support the onboarding process by organizing orientation programs and ensuring a smooth integration of new employees.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Prepare job offers and job descriptions in a timely manner upon request of the Department Leaders
Talent Retention and Development :
- Keep track of daily attendance and time management.
Assist resolving employee inquiries and providing basic guidance on HR policies and procedures such as leaves and salary,- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Perform responsibilities related to performance management.
- Assist the HRMD Head in planning quarterly and yearly employee performance evaluations.
HR Administration and Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, HR letters, and HR reports.- Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases and systems.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, employee handbooks, and HR-related communications.- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations.
