Talent Management :
Assist in talent acquisition process screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Coordinate pre-employment processes, such as reference checks, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork.
Support the onboarding process by organizing orientation programs and ensuring a smooth integration of new employees.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Prepare job offers and job descriptions in a timely manner upon request of the Department Leaders
Talent Retention and Development :
Keep track of daily attendance and time management.
Assist resolving employee inquiries and providing basic guidance on HR policies and procedures such as leaves and salary,
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Perform responsibilities related to performance management.
Assist the HRMD Head in planning quarterly and yearly employee performance evaluations.
HR Administration and Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, HR letters, and HR reports.
Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases and systems.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, employee handbooks, and HR-related communications.
Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations.
