Job Description
- Deliver recruitment targets per requirement based on the Service Level Agreement.
Ensure quality of sourced applicants while ensuring good applicant experience- Ensure proper onboarding timeline and procedure
Ensure implementation of recruitment plans and strategies given by the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Ensure regular update and accuracy of monitoring tools and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Marketing or equivalent
No work experience required- Must have the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively
Must have good organization, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Must be knowledgeable in digital advertising.
Proficient in Canva, Excel, Capcut (or similar tools)

Pay: Php16,- 00 - Php18,000.00 per month
