Main Purpose of the Job:The
HR ASSOCIATE - Recruitment is responsible for Identifying, screening, selecting, and attracting qualified candidates to fill the company's manpower requirements according to established time and budget parameters; ensure that new hires are introduced and well integrated into the organization and its culture.
The role stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and is able to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving overall performance as well as growth.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
Explore innovative ways and tap all possible sources of qualified candidates to fill vacancies.- Establish good working relations with a diverse network of candidate sources to enable timely acquisition of potential hires
- 2.) Candidate Screening and Selection
Guide or as needed, work with the recruitment assistant, in conducting preliminary screening processes, e.g. resume screen, preliminary interviews, testing, to identify those who meet the established job specifications/criteria- Conduct preliminary screening processes to ensure shortlisted candidates meet the qualification standards prior to endorsement to the hiring managers, e.g. resume screen, preliminary interviews, testing, to identify those who meet the established job specifications/criteria
Provide hiring managers with the data and inputs needed for them to make informed selection decisions
- Coordinate interviews and obtain feedback on interview results
Ensure that candidates are kept informed about the status of their application
Identify ways to further develop and improve the onboarding program and ensure all onboarding materials are always updated- Implement the onboarding program to facilitate the entry and integration of new employees into the company
Monitor the progress of new hires to ensure that they are integrating well into their jobs and work areas and that any potential derailers are addressed
- 4.) Recruitment Data Management and Reporting
Referrals:
- Ensure all referrals are properly tracked and monitored
- Process referral fees for every successful referral
- Ensure all trackers are always updated and maintained
- Prepare, submit, and present reports within prescribed timelines
Provide support in other HR Functions if/when needed
- Key Competencies and Skills:
Has Expertise in end-to-end recruitment process
- Is Proficient in using different, relevant sourcing platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Kalibrr, Monster.com, etc.)
Is Strong in/with candidate and stakeholder management- Has Familiarity with competency based interview
Is Effective in communicating and managing timelines
- Is Excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Has Effective negotiation skills and resource management.- Is Able to Lead The Change and adapt to changing business needs, shifting priorities, and new technologies. Innovation Oriented and uses creative problem-solving skills to identify new opportunities and enhance business outcomes.
Has a commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and a strong sense of personal and professional values.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology and/or other related courses
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment or a proven track record in a similar position, working with a team in a similar or adjacent industry experience
