Job Description:_
- Sources and screens applicants for rank and file and supervisory positions in compliance with the manpower requirements of the Department Heads.
Administers tests, checks, and evaluates test results.- Endorses qualified candidates for further interview and evaluation with the Department Heads, HR Manager, Division Head, and General Manager especially those candidates for service and front-line positions.
Conducts background investigation of the qualified candidates.
- Orients new hires on company background, benefits, rules, and regulations.
Prepares appointment documents (for Rank & File only), nameplates, and NPA of new hires (R&F) before the hiring date. Issues uniform for newly hired / newly regularized employees.- Prepares and updates 201 files of employees.
Arrange and maintain all test materials in good condition.
- Recommends possible testing material per job classification, as the need may be.
Facilitates the accountability clearance of resigned employees.- Monitors employees contracts (tempo/probationary).
- Must be a graduate of BS/AB Psychology or Industrial Relations or Human Resource Management
- Requires excellent health condition
- Creative and able to make sound decisions.
- Must have an eye for details
- Patient in dealing with all levels of people in the organization.
- Must have a strong threshold for noise/sound
- Must be fluent in English and be able to translate and articulate in Tagalog.
- Must be able to lead a group toward achievement of company goals.
- Requires tactfulness and confidence in carrying out the job functions
- Be neat and respectable-looking.
- Willing to work in Malate, Manila
