Job SummaryAssists in the day to day activities in talent acquisition by efficiently sourcing qualified applicants, coordinating preliminary screenings such as interviews, coordinating and scheduling to the hiring managers, processing the qualified candidates prior to onboarding.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in BS or AB Psychology, Behavioral Science,Human Resource Management and Development or its equivalent
- With at least 1 year of work experience handling end to end talent acquisition functions
Must be computer literate and knows all MS Office applications- With experience handling HRIS softwares and employee database
Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be willing to work on-site in Libis Bagumbayan (near Eastwood City)
