Responsibilities:
- General knowledge and understanding of HR functions
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to report onsite from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Organizing all HR files and materials in the filing room
- Identifying and segregating all inactive employees from ACTIVE
- Creating an inventory or monitoring list of 201 files
- Transferring files from old to new folders
- Filing HR documents
