JOB DESCRIPTION Timely and accurately prepares the attendance summary for payroll at every cut-off.
- Assist employees and attend to time and attendance management and payroll-related concerns.
Maintaining an accurate record of employee details related to time and attendance in the HR system.- Releases announcements for monthly holidays. Mapping of holidays in the HR system.
Updating of employees work schedules in the HR system.
- Prepares tardiness summary monthly.
- 2. TALENT ATTRACTION and ONBOARDING
Facilitate job posting and paper screening of applications.
- Conducts initial interviews.
Facilitate HR Avatar exams and ensure applicants fill out required applications forms.- Conducts back ground check and complete BI forms.
Arrange and endorsed applicants for final interview with hiring manager/s.
- Endorsed applications for job offer.
Assist in the preparation of on-boarding requirements (Pre-employment Medical, ITSR, Company ID, Compliance of Pre-employment requirements, checking of completeness of documents)- Encodes new employee's data information in Ourlink .
Facilitates arrangement and check if all new hires tools of work are in place.
- Checks and ensures the new hire secures payroll account before cut off.
Prepares and Transmit 201 files documents to Manila.
Receives all documents for HR.- Receives and Prepares request for payment for all RO payables.
Endorse all RFP for approval.
- Secure all forms and in place monitoring of payments/payables.
Schedule and facilitates request all preventive maintenance of equipment's (Printer, ACU, Pest Control, Office Disinfection)- Monitoring of all exiting contract of RO and ensures renewal of all contracts.
Check and establish monitoring of RO office maintenance.
- Prepares and facilitates all transmittal of all HR items to site/s or Head Office.
Facilitates endorsement for work permit and gate pass.- In charge and accountable for all office equipment. Ensures all equipment pull out is with approval/gate pass.
In charge and accountable for RO storage monitoring.
- HR Admin reports and formalized reports for concerns in the Regional Office.
Cascade information for Regional Teams using all communication channels.
- Prepare and assist all HR programs for RO.
Prepare and assist all corporate activities for RO (APE, Training, Teambuilding, Christmas Party)- Answer and endorsed HR Concerns timely and accurately.

Knowledge in MS Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Time Management Skills
Preferably has a college degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or equivalent.
- With minimum 2 years of work related experience
Proficiency in the use of MS Office or any HR related system.- Willing to report on site from Monday to Friday at our Regional Office located at Grand Cenia Residences
