Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and issuance of employment contracts for incoming employees.
- Manage the renewal process for existing employees whose contracts require extension.
Ensure that all employment contracts are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Draft formal documents such as Notices to Explain and Notices of Decision.- Support administrative hearings by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating logistics.
Maintain accurate and confidential case files and records.
- 3. Timekeeping and Attendance
Collect and verify attendance sheets from various departments.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records to ensure compliance with company policies.
Address any discrepancies or issues related to attendance promptly and efficiently.
Monitor employees due for appraisal.- Send appraisal forms to managers and ensure timely completion.
Assist in the coordination and documentation of the appraisal process.
- 5. Employee Engagement Activities
Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
- Support the HR team in developing and implementing engagement initiatives.
Gather feedback from employees to improve engagement strategies.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, trainings, and meetings.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
