- Aligns with different HR functions to ensure that all HR policies and programs are implemented and all HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably to their respective Area/Mall support.
- First port of call for all HR related concerns of your assigned area including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, labor relations, performance management, and others.
- Works with area manager and mall general managers to develop and implement HR initiative and programs for their area/malls.
i. Learning and Organizational Development
ii. Implements, monitors and evaluates the following LOD policies, procedures and programs of Ayala Malls Group.
a. Training and development
b. E-learning courses
c. Performance Evaluation
d. Competency Identification and Assessment
iii. Assists in the cascading and communication of all LOD strategies and initiatives of Human Resources Development Department.
iv. Assists in the design and development of learning strategies and programs.
v. Oversees and ensures that all new hires of his/her department undergo on-boarding programs and orientations.
vi. Provides and supports career development planning and opportunities of his/her subordinates
vii. Performs other management-mandated functions.
- Qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or any related course- Minimum of Three (3) years related work experience
Proficient in MS Office applications specifically MS Word, Powerpoint, and MS Excel
- Knowledgeable and updated in learning and development interventions as well as competency-based framework
Adept and creative in various learning and development methodologies and strategies- Expert in conducting counseling, coaching and meaningful discussions with employees
With above average proficiency level in communication skills, creative thinking, project management, planning, people and leadership skills
- With strategic, result-driven and process approach mindset
With initiative, analytical skills and innovativeness in handling complex tasks involving new or constantly changing problems.
