QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of BS in Human Resource Management, BS in Psychology or related
- With or without experience
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND BASIC DUTIES
- Conducts interview with the applicants and endorsed to the respective department heads/HR Manager for final assessment.
- Administers, evaluates and interprets psychological tests conducted for prospective employees.
- Maintains active file of qualified applicants to ensure availability of candidates when needed.
- Ensures that applicants submit and undergo basic pre-employment requirements prior to their hiring.
- Checks basic pre-employment requirements submitted by candidates. Advises HR Manager. of any problem pertaining to such requirement for appropriate action.
- Ensures that the personnel information of newly hired employees and records of present employees in the database updated.
- Ensures that newly hired has filled up all required forms required for SSS, BIR, PHIC, Pag-ibig, and ATM applications.
- Upon termination of employment due to resignation/ termination, conducts exit interview for non-supervisory positions and ensures clearance paper signed from various departments.
- Perform all task assigned by superior from time to time.
