- What are the Roles and Responsibilities
Promote employee retention and growth through institutionalizing a Performance Management System- Support the implementation of the company's performance management system
Continuously innovate the PMS strategies, processes, and tools.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a business-wide core career path model
Ensures proper documentation and utilization of tool and/or system for performance management and maintains the database of employee's performance rating.
- What are the Skills and Qualifications
Relevant work experience in Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Management, HR Policy, Recruitment, or a combination of the above is required.- With at least two (2) years relevant or related experience in core HR practices, compensation and benefits management, and labor market surveys; with adequate knowledge or familiarity of current labor rules and regulations.
Practical experience in designing performance management programs and training material is an asset.
- Excellent planning & organizing skills with the ability to work with minimal direction
