Recruitment
- Create job advertisements and job postings to various recruitment platforms for all manpower requirements
Conduct candidate sourcing, online, phone and in-person interviews- Conduct background investigations and job offers
Conduct on-boarding sessions to new employees
- Maintain and ensure updated employees 201 files
Assist the HR Supervisor in maintaining company calendar of event and schedule appointments
Compensation & Benefits- Process employee's application and remittances to SSS, HDMF and Philhealth
Liaise with concerned government agencies on all matters pertaining to business operations
Timekeeping
- Review employees attendance record and ensure its accuracy and completeness for payroll processing
Employee Engagement
- Assist the HR Supervisor in Company's in-house and external events
Provide insight and execution of Employee Assessments, Testing, among others, Employee Satisfaction surveys, Town halls, etc.- Assist in developing employee engagement activities, teambuilding, year-end events, kick offs, and other company events
Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent- Minimum 2 years work experience in related field
Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient MS Office software (Word, Excel and Power point); MS Teams
Ability to handle confidential information- Pleasing personality and pleasant disposition
Resourceful and proactive
- With good oral and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
