The Human Resource Associate will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

Task on Payroll Processing:_
- Collect and verify employee time and attendance tracking (absences, tardiness, & leaves).
Calculate wages, salaries, deductions, last pay, separation pay, 13th month pay, leave conversion, merit increase, salary adjustment, retirement pay and non-sales incentive.- Process payroll on a regular schedule by using payroll software system. (Semi-monthly/Annually)
Generate payroll reports for management and accounting purposes.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, enter and update employee information, including new hires and terminations.
Respond and provide support for payroll-related issues to employees like inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, taxes, loans, and any related concerns.
_Task on Compensation and Benefits:
_- Administers both government-mandated and company-initiated benefits
Prepare a statutory report (SSS/PHIC/HDMF) contribution and loan payment remittances.
- Person in-charge in statutory (SSS/PHIC/HDMF) compliance and concern.
Compute and facilitate availment of SSS sickness and maternity benefits.- Validate employee's SSS and HDMF loan application and requirements.
Coordinates with HMO provider for contract renewal, enrollment eligibility, termination of membership process claims, billing and payment.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration.
Schedule annual physical examination and collate results.- Monitor employee's RCBC salary loan application submission, requirements, deduction, and payment.
Administer salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programs.

Task on Recruitment and On-boarding:_
- Facilitate recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and job offers.
Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.- Conduct exit interviews and exit checklists for departing employees
_Task on Employee Relations and Compliance:
_- Issue and monitor performance evaluations for probationary and regular employees.
Communicate performance evaluation results with employees.
- Prepares notices such as NTE, NDA, & NT.
Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Schedule training for qualified employees and enroll them in appropriate training providers.
Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team-building and year-end party.- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations is an advantage.
- With experience in resolving conflicts within an organization.

- Basic salary ranges from Php. 20,000 to Php. 25,000
