HR Associate - Employee Engagement and Communications

The HR Associate for Employee Engagement and Communications will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to strategic communications, internal communications, and project management. He/She will oversee the implementation of communication strategies, manage internal communications channels, and lead various projects related to people engagement and communications.

• Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.

• Ensures consistency in messaging across various communication channels.

Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather information and ensure accurate representation in communication materials.

• Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential issues and manage communication during challenging situations.

Facilitate effective communication within the organization, ensuring that employees are well-informed about company news, updates, and initiatives.

• Plan and coordinate events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops, to promote organizational goals and engage stakeholders.

• Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.

• Experience in strategic communications and internal communications.

Proficiency in social media management and content creation.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks

Ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Candidate must be willing to work in Marian Business Park, San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City
