The
HR Associate for
Employee Engagement and Communications will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to strategic communications, internal communications, and project management. He/She will oversee the implementation of communication strategies, manage internal communications channels, and lead various projects related to people engagement and communications.
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Ensures consistency in messaging across various communication channels.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather information and ensure accurate representation in communication materials.- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential issues and manage communication during challenging situations.
Facilitate effective communication within the organization, ensuring that employees are well-informed about company news, updates, and initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops, to promote organizational goals and engage stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
- Experience in strategic communications and internal communications.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Marian Business Park, San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City
