Job Description

Conduct job posting, sourcing initiatives, invitation and schedule of applicants for initial interview. Participate in job fairs.

Conduct background investigation and finalize employment approval.

Ensure employment requirements are complete.

Identify attrition and Retention Rate.

Preparation of 201 file

Prepare hits and Misses report

Generation and monitoring of DTR, leaves, tardiness,QR Code, deductions, suspension.

Ensure that all employees in all matters with their SS.HDMF, and PhicProvide Salary ComputationAuthorize deduction and retro with DTR

Update Company records related to SSS, PHIC and HDMFAssess employees related concerns and its validty.
