Job Summary:The
HR Associate- Compensation and Benefits is responsible for assisting the HRAD Manager in implementing, administering and managing the company's compensation and benefits and employee relations. The position is responsible for providing support to the management and administration of compensation & benefits strategies and initiatives or projects related to C&B which include, but not limited to timekeeping & leave management, payroll management, records management and offboarding administration.
- Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Timekeeping of Direct Hired Employees
Monthly attendance reporting both agency and direct
- Monthly overtime report submission both agency and direct
Checking and submission of Agency and Security guard DTR- Requisition of OJT allowance every Monday
Timekeeping of Leo Hotel Employees (Lifestrong Property Inc.)
- Leave form encoding and SL/VL monitoring
Requisition of monthly proof of government contribution from Manpower agencies- Requisition of on-call worker's and freelance employees salary
Post-paid payment monitoring, requisition and liquidation.
- Enrollment of qualified employees health insurance, accident insurance and life insurance.
Checking of Agency SIL and Payroll billing- Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
3 years of related work experience
- Technical and Behavioral Skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good decision-making skills Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
