About the position:This position is responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs of the company and ensures that such programs are in compliance with Philippine labor laws. Administer various employee benefit programs.
- Prepare and communicate information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
Timekeeping, submission of checking and uploads (earnings, adjustments, deductions), processing of payroll with Finance department.- Preparation of vouchers for payroll, payment of loans and benefits, and the like.
Ensure compliance with all labor and benefit laws and stays current on regulatory changes.
- Resolve conflicts with benefit providers for the purpose of validating enrollment eligibility and processing claims.
Ensure that each regular employee and dependents (when applicable) are provided with their corresponding benefit.- Establish and maintain relationships with provider companies in order to stay up to date on policies and offer employees the best possible options.
Answer employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.
Facilitates an open communication line with the other levels of the organization for immediate concerns.
- Able to express oneself clearly for better understanding and clear instructions.
Is open to suggestions and /or comments from other colleagues.- Answers questions well, correctly and with high confidence.
4-year College graduate, preferably a graduate of Psychology and/or Human Resources Management- At least one (1) year of experience in Compensation & Benefits
Proficiency in oral & written communication, as well as MS Office
- Knowledge in Salary and Benefits administration
Must be amenable to work in Pasay City, Metro Manila
