DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in processing of government contributions and loans then endorsing to accounting for payment in a timely manner.
In-charge of processing government benefits and in-house company benefits in a timely manner.- Process HMO enrollment, update, and deletion to the account officer in a timely manner.
Prepares HRIS credentials for newly hired employees during the onboarding.
- Creates Personnel Action Notice to employees with movements pertaining to changes in employment status, transfer, or re-designation.
Processes the timekeeping of all employees and generates report for payroll in a timely manner. Handling employee inquiries and concerns regarding compensation and benefits.- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines related to compensation and benefits.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
