Statutory Benefits Admin, Remittances & Reporting_
- Reviews and uploads SSS, Pag-big and PhilHealth monthly remittances.
Processes statutory benefits such as SSS sickness, maternity, SSS & HDMF loans and coordinates appropriate deductions in the payroll- Keeps abreast of SSS, Pag-ibig and PhilHealth rules and mandates, communicates the same to the associates as needed, ensures proper implementation/compliance
Graduate of a four-year course preferably in behavioral science, psychology, economics, business or accountancy- At least two (2) years experience in Compensation and Benefits, as specialist
Knowledge of Labor Standards (laws and rulings)
- Knowledgeable on Government agency policies (i.e., SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth)
Working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel- Administers the reimbursement of benefits advanced to the employees (company and statutory).
Willing to work in Makati City
- Can start as soon as possible
