Job description
- Ensure that all new hires are provided with job description and KPIs
Monitor the performance of newly hires on a daily/weekly/monthly basis including completion of assigned tasks.- Provide feedback to new hires especially on the issues arising from performance
Escalate issues to management that affects performance of new hires
- Work out solutions and interventions needed by new hires to address performance issues to keep new hires back on track
Recommend possible pro-active intervention that will help new hires meet their performance targets.
Qualifications:- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required (e.g. BS/BA Psychology, Human Resource Management
Fresh graduates are open to apply.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).- With good organization skills.
