Provide assistance and support in the processing of time-keeping and payroll generation.- Monitor and process employee benefits and services (eg. HMO reimbursement, loans, sickness/maternity).
Provide assistance and support in company related activities, process government transactions.
- Performance HR-related task from time to time and effectively identifies escalates and relays issues and concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a college graduate preferably in Human Resource Management/Psychology or any related degree.
Preferably in MS applications/computer literate.- Detail oriented and dependable, has the ability to multi-task,with good communication skills and can work under pressure.
Can start ASAP and with pleasing personality.
