Duties and Responsibilities:
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
Process employee status changes, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Recruitment Support:
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview rooms, and communicating with candidates.
Assist in the preparation of job postings, interview materials, and recruitment-related documentation.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and introductions to key personnel.
Scheduling exit interviews to HR Manager and assist with offboarding procedures.
- HR Documentation:
- Prepare HR-related documents, including offer letters, employment contracts, and employee communications.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR forms and reports.
- Other Tasks:
- Support HR initiatives and projects, as assigned.
Collaborate with HR team members on various HR-related tasks.- Other tasks assign by the HR Manager from time to time
Maintain a high level of delivery in order to meet Service Level Agreement
Minimum Knowledge and Competency Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
