Reporting to the Human Resources Head, the HR Assistant provides support to the day-to-day HR Operations including but not limited to Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Human Resource Information System, Employee Relations, Learning and Organization Development. Ensures the implementation of the company's HR policies and programs.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection. Performs various recruitment functions such as sourcing, job posting, screening/scheduling of applicants for interview, administering tests, initial interview of staff positions, background/reference check, participation in job fairs and processing of hiring documents.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration. Administers the company's compensation and benefits program, including government mandated benefits. Handles timekeeping and attendance monitoring.
Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
. Maintains and updates the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), 201 Records of employees, various HR Files and ensures these are kept secured and confidential.Employee Relations
. Effectively implements the various Employee Relations activities that enhance teamwork and productivity in the organization. Assists in handling employee discipline and grievances.- As such, successful candidates must have the following Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, Management/Business Administration, Accounting, Legal Management, Communication or any related field.- At least 2 years experience in a generalist role with focus on Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits and Human Resource Information System
Excellent Communication Skills (written and oral)
Knowledge of basic Labor Laws and Government Regulations including Statutory Monetary Benefits- Proficient in computer applications including spreadsheets, MS Word, PowerPoint and other online/web-based applications and communication tools/media
Team player with strong project management skills
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong
