Job description- Review every timesheet to verify the accuracy of the computation of hours worked, lines and column totals, and correctness of leave and assure that the employee and his or her supervisor initial all changes made in work times.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, overtime form etc. )- Assigned on recruitment of potential applicants based on experience, skills and education and Assist in preliminary interviews of potential candidates.
Provide administrative support for the HR Executive.
- Keeping all necessary confidential documents of the company..
In-charge in routing clearance until releasing of last pay.- Filing, maintaining, updating, and safeguarding HR records.
May be required to render overtime as necessary during weekdays, weekends or holidays.
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
Performs other duties as required.
Proven experience as an HR Assistant- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills- Degree in Human Resources or related field
