Requirements:
- Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management
At least 1 year of working experience is required for this position.- Proven track record in end-to-end HR management
Experience in payroll processing and timekeeping
- Willing to work in Valenzuela City
Execute and supports the day to day operations of the HR department
- Process documentation and prepare reports
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, etc) and takes minutes- Responsible for recruitment, facilitates screening, interview and exams
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Employee Discipline External Relations
- Provides administrative support and other admin related duties.
- Soft and Technical Skills:
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Gmail
Strong business acumen and accuracy in reports- Knowledge in graphic design is a plus
Knowledge in labor policies and government mandated contributions
- With good moral character and professional work ethic
Detail-oriented, diligent and self-motivated- Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and must be able to work with minimal supervision
Good time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
Pleasant and outgoing personality

Pay: Php16,- 00 - Php18,000.00 per month
