To provide an effective and efficient HR services to the whole organization particularly in the functions of HR Information System (HRIS) and Compensation and Benefits. Ensure employee packages are in alignment with company policies and guidelines, are competitive, and are compliant with legal and DOLE regulations.
Preferably with working experience as HR Assistant
- Preferably with background in managing manual timekeeping and/ or HRIS and Compensation & Benefits
Graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable university (Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, or any other related courses
- Experience in timekeeping software including Timesheets
Familiarity with payroll processes and compliance regulations- Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook
