Job Summary_
Reports directly to the Timekeeping Assistant Supervisor, the HRPRO HR Assistant is responsible primarily for the encoding of daily attendance, tardiness, absences, overtime, transfer, and change shift of all employees. She is also responsible for the processing of employees ATM.

Responsibilities:_
- Receive & encodes timekeeping documents such as leave and overtime.
- Responsible for all OJT's timekeeping and concerns.
- Encodes corrections/complaints on the initial TCR of each employee.
- Entertains and assists employees on complaints regarding their attendance, change shift, etc.
- Prepares monthly salary adjustment and monitoring employees under compressed schedule if they rendered 48 hours.
- Informs DA-in-Charge the names of employees who will be subject for Disciplinary Action due to AWOL.
- Distribute pay slip of the rank and file.
- Encode Static data of newly hired employees and assure its correctness.
- Tagged resigned employees in the system.
- Processing ATM for replacement.
