Job Description

  • Provides the manpower requirements of the departments and stores.

  • Recruits and partners with new Agencies and Head Hunters.

  • Liaise/Coordinates with the Recruitment agencies for manpower pooling and/or matters.

  • Conducts initial interviews and applicant screening.

  • Sets appointments with Law Office for final interviews.

  • Ensures that the new hires have complete requirements before the start date.

  • Partners with Schools/Universities and other government agencies to acquire pool for candidates.

  • In-charge with the requisition of Job Tools for newly hired employees.

  • Responsible in company ID request and dissemination.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
