Job Description:- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Head
- Graduate of BSBA Human Resource Management/ Psychology or any related course
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
