Job Summary: The HR Assistant is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including applicant sourcing, online job posting, validation of credentials, scheduling interviews, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new hires. This role also involves maintaining compliance through regular audits and staying updated with organizational events.
- Source applicants via platforms like Indeed, Apploi, linkedIn and email.
- Manage applicant data and create active pool of applicants
- Validate credentials during initial interview
- Schedule interviews based on criteria like certification and experience.
- Oversee onboarding processes for new hires, including pre-employment requirements, background checks and system setups.
- Coordinate with department heads on their vacancy needs
- Attend organizational meetings regularly.
- Qualifications:
Must be bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations in the Mall industry is a PLUS.
Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role- must be familiar with database systems and common HR applications
