Duties and Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Review resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the role.
Ensure all candidate information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts.
Provide support to hiring supervisors throughout the interview process.- Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential employees.
Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.- Assist in addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Support the HR team in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Help maintain a positive work environment by assisting with conflict resolution and providing guidance on company policies.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- With 1 year of experience in recruitment is preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Basic Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.- Willing to report in Paranaque City
Willing to accept initial fixed term offer (4 months)
- Available to start as soon as possible.
