Job Description-Support in HR monitoring logs update from time to time.
-Support in recruitment sourcing, sorting and communicating with potential candidates for interview schedules.
-Assist in contacting candidate references and verifying listings and maintains HR records on applications, rsums, and applicant logs.
-Schedule interviews and end to end process of recruitment.
-Coordinate with employees in relation to hirings and other employees concerns
-Support on the implementation of policies
-Assist in maintaining work logs and maintenance
-Support other HR general related functions
-Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field. Previous experience working in human resources. -Knowledge of end to end recruitment process and other HR general functions.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Professional demeanor and good organizational skills.
