Duties and Responsibilities:- Prepare job descriptions and advertise vacant positions online
Source applicants, perform job interviews, background checking, employee onboarding, and orientation- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee 201 file in electronic and digital formats
Assist in and monitor employee performance evaluation
- Provide secretarial / administrative support and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Requirements and Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year course
- With a minimum of 6 months work experience as HR
Knowledgeable in online recruitment platforms- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and organize
- Willing to work overtime when needed
Office-based, location is at New Manila, Quezon City. Applicant must have no travel/commute issue.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
